WORKSHOP SCHEDULE
Workshop is divided into two parts, however you can attend
only in the first part, or both of them.

Part 1: Saturday, 21th of April 2012, 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Cost: 160 PLN

The first part will relate to body workout based on the elements
of oriental dance. We will discover how does femininity work in the world of orient, on which values it is based on and how much – contrary
to common stereotypes – it is celebrated and appreciated, by both men and women. A woman from the Orient does not compete with man, instead of that she knows how to express her needs in a natural way.

We will work on elasticity and consciousness of the body.
We will work with pelvis, waist and center of gravity – spots that are usually stiff due to the lack of movement, stress and our wrong attitude.
We will work on the right stance and stability.
We will learn how to move with grace.
We will learn basic elements of oriental dance: circles and eights with hips, basic steps, moving the hips, turns, different hand positions, accents, dancing poses.
We will finish with the learning of a short dancing pattern,
based on simple moves.

Part 2: Sunday, 22th of April 2012, 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Cost: 120 PLN

The second part will be mainly related to the teaching of specified dance sequence, based on the basic elements with the usage of voile. Voile will be available on place.

We will sharpen our knowledge and basic dancing skills.
We will learn new moves and steps.
We will work on our fluency and grace of dancing.
We will learn more complicated sequence, with the usage of all trained elements. This sequence will finally be something that will charm your friends and your soul mate :)

Both workshops cost: 250 pln
We suggest to take a shawl or a neckerchief with tassels with you. It will help you in your training greatly.
